Opportunities For Teaching Professionals

Bring SOLO’s accredited certification courses to your institution of higher learning or continuing education programs while adding value to your current teaching position.

Are you in a position to add one of our many course offerings to your school’s current curriculum or programming?
We are looking for opportunities to foster new relationships and expand our presence in educational institutions throughout the US. We may be able to offer instructor training to qualified teaching professionals which will not only enhance your current department’s offerings, but strengthen your job experience and professional development.

SOLO’s programs are currently offered in many outdoor education departments, but also serve to educate students outside similar majors.  Our courses appeal to many, and may fulfill requirements not only to outdoor / experiential education students, but to students in the fields of medicine or health, emergency response services, international development or to folks doing environmental / humanitarian field research to name a few.

SOLO’s wilderness medicine programs have stood the test of more than 35 years of serving individuals, institutions and communities with high quality educational programming.  Our ever expanding client base and faithful returning of both students and professionals have encouraged us forward.  We are energized by having a more diversified student base to meet the needs of a broadening application of our programs.

Here are some institutions where employed teaching staff offer our programs to best serve their students:

Baylor University
Central Wyoming College
Houghton College
Indiana University
James Madison University
North American Outdoor Institute
Northern Arizona University
Ohio University
Radford University
St. Michael’s College
University of Maine
University of New Hampshire
University of Oregon
University of Vermont
University of Wisconsin

And many more!

Please contact me at nickie@soloschools.com if you would like to discuss possibilities of a partnership with your educational establishment.   We’d love to work with you.
